The 28-year-old forward who plays his club football for Rangers gave Jamaica the lead in the 38th minute. His goal was fully deserved and he showcased excellent movement by strategically placing himself in the opposition box.

He said that the draw against Canada gave his team solidarity and belief that they could compete against any opponent; it is this energy that they used to overcome Honduras.

Oniel Fisher killed-off Honduras with a sublime goal in the second half to ensure Jamaica went home with all the spoils. This is the Reggae Boyz’s third victory in World Cup qualifiers in Central America.
